Some models are
guaranteed for life never
to clog
through buildup of
lime-scale
or fail to
perform due to faults in manufacturing*.
Oxygenics® showerheads are
guaranteed to reduce your water heating and
water supply costs.
Furthermore, should your Oxygenics®
showerhead for any reason not suit your
needs, you are free
to return it, along with your
purchase receipt, to your retailer or direct
to Oxygenics®
SA for a full
refund, anytime up to six months
after the purchase date.

Liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
Any cost associated with the return of an
Oxygenics showerhead is at the customer's
expense.
This warranty does not cover any loss or damage of any kind resulting directly or
indirectly from incorrect installation or removal, misuse, alteration or other
action or inaction not considered to be normal usage, which leads to a failure
in performance. Blocking of a showerhead due to inadequate flushing of plumbing
in new installations is not covered, nor cosmetic damage such as scratching.
Oxygenics® SA reserves the right to alter advertised product specifications
from time to time and to market improved and updated products without incurring
obligations to update previously sold products.

Star Resort, and the BodySpa Handheld. The SmartShower®,
SmartValue® and Low
Pressure Value Eco-Showerhead®,
IntelliShower®, TriSpa®,
Storm® and Evolution®

are covered by warranty against
manufacturers defects and
clogging for a period of 12 months.
